Non-negotiable system to be successful in networking

The System is as follows:

1. RULE 3 – which means 15 Direct Presentations a MONTH and if you break down per week making it very easy, meaning 4 presentations a WEEK. This should be all direct contact of the IR’s and should not count the presentation which he/she makes for his/her downlines. It should also be noted that the Prospecting is done properly and the mindset of the person at the time should be CLOSING THE SALE instead of Presenting the business.

2. ACT 48 – which means that its our responsibility towards our New partners/signups that we help them to find their 2 associates/partners within 48hours so that they will be activated with 1 partner on the left and 1 partner on the right. This is a powerful Tool and key success factor for all the successful networkers around the world. This could be a bit difficult in the begining but if this mindset is duplicated down the line, the Growth is guaranteed along with the continuity in weekly Cheques.

3. FRIDAY CLOSING – Our Company works 5 Days a Week and what ever sale is done on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday will be calculated and paid out every Tuesday/Wednesday. Thus everyone of us should make sure that all the weekly sales should close and the signups completed by 7pm saudi time on Friday (12midnight HongKong time). This way we will be able to know what is our Cheque for this week and next week. This is business and has to be strategised seriously.

4. CORE GROUP MEETINGS – This is extremely important step of networking. Everyone should have their Core Group which could start with minimum 2 partners & maximum of 6 partners. This meeting should be conducted every week as a start and then could be Bi-weekly. So One should share the learnings of the week and the messages they got from training sessions. Just imagine the Power of this meeting. lets suppose you have 6 partners and you pass on the message to these 6 and each of the 6 will have their 6 partners each meaning 36 and then 1 step forward each of 36 will have their own 6 meaning 216 and 1 step further each of these 216 with their 6 means 1296. So 1 message from the V will pass on to many thousands down the line. This is the V success formula.

5. Reading Books – This is a powerful step towards Personality development. So it is highly recommended to adopt the reading habit for atleast 1 hour a day. The Books could be Personality Development and Self Motivation. For Example: If you open a small business the Success will only come when you master the ups and downs of that particular business such as for a Restaurant you will buy books or hire a COOK who is the master of Dishes you want to make special which brings more sales/business to the Restaurant. Similarly this business needs the same Acquiring more skills, reading Networking/personality Development and Self motivational Books will make you the master of networking and brings Success not only for you but the TEAM.

6. SMS to UPLINER – This is what called as SADHNA and has been taught to us by our visionary Dato Vijay. The system works only if you practise for 108 days regularly. We always need in life a Mentor, who can guide us in time of challenges to make us successful. If we respect our upliner, we will be respected by our downliners as its a pure duplicable system. You have to report your daily activity to the upliner and in your sms you can write for example 1 prospecting, 1 presentation, 1 signup & Learning of the day (what you learn that day). This has to be done for 108 days continiously without a BREAK. If you have done it 1/108, 2/108, 3/108, 4/108 and forgot the next day then you have to re-start again from 1/108 the activity of that particular day.

7. SOS (Sphere of Silence) – SOS is also called as Life Management System introduced by non other than our Visionary Dato Vijay (Owner of the Company). This system helps us to make the 24hours in a day very productive. You have to start the day with 1 hour Silence, (COMPLETE SILENCE WITHOUT ANY NOISE AND DISTURBANCE in a ROOM, all alone). Silently you plan what you want to do that particular day. List down in bullets points on a special journal meant for SOS such as: 6.00am SOS, 7am Toilet, 7.30am Dressed up 8.00 am breakfast, 8.15 to office, 9.00am ——list down what you will do there. 12.30 Lunch, 1.30 go back to office, 6.00pm going for networking, 7.00pm presentation 1, 8.00pm presentation 2, 9.00pm Signups, 10.00pm Training, 11.00pm —– 12.000midnight —– This is just an example BUT you have to write down the Goals of the day
Then list down GOALS for that week, Goals of that month, Goals of that Year. NEXT Day repeat the same by adding what ever necessary and deleting what have been done on Fresh pages. Continue the system for minimum 21 days as a start and if any breakdown START Again to complete 21 days. This will help make your day, week, month & Year very productive and successful in achieving your Goals.

8. Enhancing the Skills – If you want to be successful, you have to enhance your skills by reading books related to business, learn effective presentation, handle objections, Product knowledge, geneology knowledge, company profile, More knowledge about Networking system and history, Effective Prospecting, Invitation Skills etc etc which helps you master the business.

9. Attending the Trainings – Make sure to attend all the trainings conducted by Upline along with your team, eventhough the same trainings might have been attended before. You should be ready with open heart and mind to receive the call from your upline for any training he wants you to attend. SHUT UP, LISTEN and DO attitude is must for the success.

10. Attending Company Events – MUST for the SUCCESS, MUST be ready to travel and attend without compromise with your team to attend all the events organised by Quest and TITANS such V-Cons, Re-VCons and TGC (Titans Global Convention). This will give you an opportunity to know more about the company, meet the global networkers from around the world, acquire more product knowledge, Meet in person the Directors of the Company, Know about the New product launches and GET the required Click to push you for Success. GET THE ENERGY to be Successful.
