Business with the perspective of Haram and Halal

I have been in the business since last almost 5 years since the time when the corporate identity of the company was “Goldquest”, However the corporate identity changed in later part of year 2004-2005 due to its expansion and keeping the name in line with the many other subsidiaries belongs to Quest International. The Company name since 2004/2005 is QUESTNET. The Business we do is called as Inter-active marketing.. I have read many articles and religious opinions about the network marketing since joining of the business (Some are in favour and some are not in favour). Opinion vary from one scholar to another and thats normal as happened in most of our religious issues for example Islamic Banking….Religious opinion can only be given if the person responsible is known to all the facts, figures and complete modality/process of the way business is conducted..

As mentioned above I am in the business since last many years and till to-date despite huge earning (Hard earned), I am still active in the business to take my share of profits from the company. I am a distributor of the company and have the rights of promoting any of the products company produce/manufacture and in lieu of my services company share its profit with me and likewise with many other members of the company whom we introduce and introduced through our associates and thus all of us become partners in promoting the business.

This business like any other business have phases and one joining as a new distributor starts promoting/selling company’s products to others and everyone joins the business by buying a product for which we give/explain the complete product presentation and in the process we give business presentation as well. Who ever wants to just buy the product and enjoy we are OK with it and who ever wants to further promote the product we support them by giving trainings of the business and the product. Money does’nt come automatic in this business and it takes minimum of 3-5 years to create a system where we elevate ourselves to the next level where people work for us like we did in the begining and our level is elevated as global trainer and this duty one has to perform for ever and in doing so company still shares its profit as you are still there distributor/promoter.

You can relate this to the traditional business where you work with a Company and paid for the services you provide to them, the only difference is you get a fixed income even if you generate millions for the company, whereas in this case if you generate millions for this company (Quest) you get the share of profits..

Its not the interest which company pays you, its pure profit sharing of the product you promote and sell. Creating system is very important as per company guidelines to relax after 5-6 years and enjoy time and money gaining the Financial and Time Freedom BUT still you have to play the role of company’s distributor/promoter/trainer.

For example if you start a small business today, you have to hire people to promote/sell the products you deal in and give almost 15-16 hours of your own time to the business and after a period of time you further expand/enhance your business activities But have to give less time and once the business is established and the sytem is created you start giving less and less time and people under you work hard and you enjoy the time and money with your family members… ITS THE SAME SCENARIO IN THIS BUSINESS…

Its true that the company is owned by Non-Muslims like many other international business houses for example Seimens, Toyota, Mcdonald, Mercedes, Banks; BUT it doesn’t mean that we stop driving cars and stop eating at Mcdonalds only because it belongs to Non-muslims OR we do not even stop working in a Non-Muslim organisation.. You are still working in Seimens…still using computer which are manufactured by them and still using Micorsoft which belongs to Bill Gates….You never Stop doing business activities with a Non-muslim company either.. these are normal practise and has never been stopped by any religious scholar.

Owners of businesses such as Mcdonald, Seimens, Juffali’s are just going to office to look at the Profit/Loss statement and making business strategy, they have created a system where people work for them and they themselves enjoy time and financial freedom…

This is the best way I understood the business and like me there are many people around the world doing this business successfully.. Like traditional business, this business also have success and failure and many people fail bacause they do not create a system and leave the business in the middle…Its all about the mindset…
